Coyote Aerospace has participated with Phi Applied Physical Sciences in a Phase II
SBIR and in atempts to obtain follow on funding in several areas. The study involved
(in part) the developmentof a Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectrometer of a new design.
An example of the type of data that were gathered during testing is the spectrum of a
laser diode pointer shown in the accompanying figure. It is noteworthy that the output
spectrum generated by the laser pointer changed significantly with the state of charge in the batteries.
Coyote Aerospace also conducts research in Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy.
